I take great pride in the quality of my photography prints, both open and limited edition, and strive to ensure that each order is fulfilled to your complete satisfaction. However, due to the nature of my products, I do not offer refunds on any open or limited edition photography prints purchased through my website or in-person at events.

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact me immediately and I will work with you to replace the item as quickly as possible. In such cases, I may ask for photographic evidence of the damage or defect to help me better understand the issue and improve my packaging or production processes.

Please note that the colors of the prints may differ slightly from what you see on your screen due to differences in monitor settings and lighting conditions. I make every effort to accurately represent the colors and details of my prints, but I cannot guarantee an exact match.

Limited edition photography prints are signed and numbered by me and are produced in limited quantities. Due to the limited nature of these prints, they cannot be exchanged or returned once they have been purchased.

Open edition photography prints are not signed or numbered, but are still produced to the same high quality standards as my limited edition prints. All my open edition art prints are printed by my print provider. Bay Photo is one of the world’s largest and most highly regarded digital printing service providers. They have a strict policy of no refunds. In general terms, all sales are final. However, they do allow for replacement at no cost if your print is received with damage or flaws. Prints that are damaged as a result of improper shipping damage can be replaced, but it will require a claim against the shipper.
